As Vice President of Operations with an annual business volume of $25 to $30 million, John has worked for numerous heavy civil construction projects including, but not limited to: wastewater, dam safety improvements, and environmental protection projects. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. John is also a member of the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).For over 25 years, he has gained experience as a General Contractor/Construction Manager and Consulting Engineer. He is an experienced geotechnical and foundation engineer as well as licensed land surveyor with specific expertise in earth dam design and inspection. As a leader in project management, John is also involved in estimating, and purchasing heavy equipment. His responsibilities consist of a wide range of public works, commercial and industrial projects. including landfills, earth dams, site development, municipal complexes, transit facilities, water treatment facilities, and water distribution systems.
Gino Yannuzzelli
Controller
With 5 Years at KC
With a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology,Gino has over 15 successful years with procurement, sales, and administrative management in the Construction Industry. Joining KC Construction in 2005 as our Purchasing Manger, Gino quickly and effectively reduced procurement for both projects and overhead costs. In 2007 Gino started working with the finance and administrative departments of KC and now oversees all financial functions of the company reporting to the President/CEO.
Scott Minnucci
Chief Estimator
With 8 Years at KC
With over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry, Scott was recruited by John Lima in 2002 to lead the Estimating Department with the goal to expand the company. In less than 3 years, Scott helped KC's sales grow from $5 million a year to $30 million a year. He is a graduate of Spring Garden College and received a B.A. in Construction Management. He received a Departmental Award for achieving top rank in his class for academic performance. His knowledge of site and utility construction, problem-solving abilities, and drive for success helps KC reach their goals.
Kate Agasar
Director of Project Management
With 10 Years at KC
Kate Agasar, daughter of John and Kathy Lima, has held a variety of positions during her career with KC. These positions included estimator, assistant to project management, manager of purchasing division and project manager of 15 individual projects. In her most recent position as director of project management, Kate has managed over 20 projects. As a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology, Kate's areas of expertise includes: computer based estimating (AGTEK and HCSS), project scheduling (Primavera SureTrak and Microsoft Project), job cost management, and dedication to delivering a quality project. For over a decade, she has gained experience in heavy and civil construction management leading projects with an aggregate annual volume of $20 to $30 million.
