Safety Committee
KC Construction established a certified Safety Committee in January 2006 to oversee the safety and OSHA regulations for field operations. The Committee provides information to employees about workplace safety and health issues through regular internal communication channels such as supervisor-employee meetings, monthly toolbox talks, bimonthly newsletters, training, bulletin board postings, memos, or other written communications. The purpose of the Safety Committee is to make safety an integral part of the operating policy, provide an opportunity to discuss accidents, safety problems, and preventive measures. The Safety Committee will help management evaluate overall corporate safety policies.
