- Performed all site activities from landclearing through PA DOT Highway improvements
- Met all critical path dates for pad completions and turnovers in aggressive development schedule utilized pervious pavement with sub pavement terraced stormwater storage beds
- included 3 stream crossings with box culverts
- Activities included clearing, mass earthwork, grading, sanitary, storm, water, site lighting, traffic signalization, paving, curb and sidewalk
- Fast tracked schedule requiring coordination of site activities with ongoing shell construction
