Project Details
Work is limited to approximately 34 Acres on the western side of the Airports 768 Acres
- Improve the runway 8 safety area
- Related storm pipe and grading taxiways and runways
- Blast pad (150 ft x 200 ft) installed at the end of runway 8
- New lights (MALSR) included in the safety upgrade
- Electrical relocation and temporary PAPI
- Electronic Navigational aid Equipment
- Milling and final paving of taxiways and runway
- Striping and signage
- Some work had to be done at night
