Jack joined KC in 1987 and was one of the original founding members.  A lifelong friend of John and Kathy Lima, Jack played an integral part in developing KC into the company it is today.  As Jack winds down his career, he continues to play a vital role whether its estimating, project managing or consulting with owners and engineers who are looking to pull from his vast years of experience.  Jack is an extremely valuable resource to the other members of the KC team.

Jack has over forty years of experience in Construction Management and Engineering of major heavy civil, industrial, and environmental projects.  Experience during the last ten years includes estimating and project management responsibilities for projects ranging from $4M to $30M.  Major areas of expertise include: estimating, scheduling, dispute management, site planning and workflow, management of all self-performed operations, subcontractors, and major suppliers including coordination of all trade disciplines.

Outside of KC Jack spends most of his time chasing after one of his many grandchildren or traveling with his wife Maureen.  He also remains active in the greater dam community, attending regional and national dam safety seminars.

Jack officially retired in 2018 but makes the occasional cameo at the KC office and remains a valuable resource to the KC team as needed.
